Our process our company has several agents in different regions of Madagascar where these products are grown and collected. In partnership with various cooperatives, often coached by international NGOs, our agents collect the best products and send them to us in good condition.
Packing and packaging it depends on the specific needs of each client and the nature of the products. We propose (jutes bag or other type of bag). The weight goes from 25 kg to 50 kg bags. You have just to specify your need to us, and we adapt the bag size and weight.
Contract We operate only in FOB sales terms and we ship the goods from the nearest Madagascar port of the place of collection of products Tamatave, Majunga, Diego-Suarez
Part of the customer every buyer sent us their respective specifications to ensure that shipped products meet their exact needs as well as their suitability criteria.
Sample If the client wishes it, our company can provide free samples for validation before placing his order. Shipment of samples charges remain the responsibility of the customer. However, there might be exceptions, after negotiation!
